If I join one of the club memberships, can I select the baseballs that I would like to receive or give as a gift?

Yes, you may select the baseballs that you would like to receive or send as a gift. Simply select any baseball priced $12.50 or less upon your selection of the club membership. If you wish not to select the baseballs, than the “Selected Baseball of the Month” will be delivered to the recipient each month.

If I want to send a Club Membership as a gift, can I let the recipient choose the baseballs that they would like to receive?

Yes, you may purchase a Gift Certificate for the amount of the Club Membership plus shipping and handling. Once the recipient has received the Gift Certificate, they can set up an individual Club Membership at Ballclub.com and select the baseballs that they would like to receive each month.

Will I receive a display case for each of the baseballs as a club member?

Yes, as part of a Club Membership each baseball is delivered with an acrylic display case for many years of enjoyment.

When will each of the monthly baseballs in the Club Memberships be received?

For each of the Club Memberships, the recipient will receive one baseball during the first week of each month for the duration of the Club Membership.

If I am sending a Club Membership as a gift, may I have the baseball and its case gift wrapped?

Yes, you may elect to have any of your purchases gift wrapped. If you are sending a Club Membership we will wrap the first baseball of the membership, displayed in a display case.

If I am sending a Club Membership as a gift, may I elect the month to ship the first baseball?

Yes, with all Club Memberships, you may elect the month in which the first baseball will be received.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes. We never send personal information, such as your credit card number, over the network in a way that is readable to anyone but us. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a key or lock icon at the bottom of your browser window.

We accept a variety of credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged within 24 to 48 hours.

What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed on the website, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed.

Your order is then sent over a secure connection to Ballclub.com. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received at Ballclub.com. If there are any problems with your order, one of our Sales & Service Specialists will contact you by phone or e-mail.

Do you offer delivery outside the continental United States?

No, at this time, we don not offer delivery outside of the continental United States. However, you may use a Customer Inquiry Form and include the delivery destination and we will make a special delivery.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will be collected if your order is being delivered to the state of Massachusetts.

How do I use my Gift Certificate and check its balance?

To use a Gift Certificate, have your certificate number handy as you proceed through checkout. On the Review and Payment Page, enter the number exactly as it reads on the certificate (including dashes) into this box.

How do I use a Discount or a Promotion Code when making a purchase?

You may use a discount and a promotion code as you proceed through checkout. On the last page of Checkout (the Review and Payment Page), enter the code carefully into the box that says "Discount & Promotion Code".
